Marion- Lewis M. Turner, age 75, of Double Oak, Texas, formerly of Marion, passed away at 3:13pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Presbyterian Medical Center in Denton, Texas.

Lewis was born in Melrose Park, Illinois, the son of William Carl and Grace E. (Munn) Turner.

Mr. Turner had attended the First Baptist Church. He was previously employed at the Franklin-Williamson Human Services Department.

Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law- Olivia and Raymond White of Double Oak, TX

Niece- Krista L. White of Texas

Nephew- Jeremy B. White of California

Nephew- Joshua R. White of Texas

Great Nephews- Henry O. and Roen White of California

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Coal Bank Springs Cemetery with Rev. Kevin McNeely officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until the time of services on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
