Jerry Dale “Lil Jerry” Weidman, age 38, of Millcreek, passed away at his home.

Jerry was born in Waco, Texas, the son of Janice Weidman and Jerry Dabbs. He married Bethany Conner in Marion on November 12, 2013. He had worked as a construction worker.

Lil Jerry loved his family, his wife and children was his world. He had a smile that could be seen miles away with a laugh that’s soul piercing and unforgettable. He loved derbies, swimming, family BBQ’s and going “yard selling”. Jerry is gone but he will always be in the hearts of those who knew him.

Daughter- Jaycee Miller

Daughter- Tessah-Raye Weidman

Son- Jaidyn Weidman

Daughter- Reagan Sims

Sister- Teresa Hennesy

Brother- Jason Dabbs

Brother- Jerry Smith

Brother- Jeremy McCormick

Sister Breanna Norris

Mother and Father in law- Phillip Conner and LeGina Belcher

Brother-in-law - David Ginn

Special Nieces- Haley Ginn-Simmons and Dakota Ginn

He was preceded in death by his biological mother Janice Dabbs, daughter- Rain, and his 4 aunts Kathy, Sheri, Patricia and Caroline.

Memorial services will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with his Uncle Randy Dabbs officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 1-2pm on Friday at the funeral home.

For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home, 800 North Market Street, Marion, Illinois 62959.
