Marion – Kenneth L. Frey, 84, of Marion, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10:23 am at the VA Medical Center.

Kenneth was born July 10, 1933 in the Ordill area, the son of Dallas and Carrie (Bloodworth) Frey. He married Phyllis Radcliffe on February 23, 1957 in Marion and together they have shared over 62 years of marriage.

He was a carpenter.

Son – Curtis and Kathy Frey of Marion
Son – Tim and Pam Frey of Marion
Daughter – Lori and Robert Watson of Elgin
11 Grandchildren:
Amber and Mike Kever, Crystal Knepler, Landon Frey, Olivia Frey, Brandon Crossan, Miranda Loucks, Amy Simmons, Kristina Robinson, Amanda and Travis Vickery, Jim Watson and Chuck Watson
Twelve great grandchildren;
Kate and Jackson Kever, Dustin Dotson, Colten Savant, Tayler and Kiley Issler, Eli Vickery, Lauren Baine, Tate and Addy Vickery, Asher and Silas Loucks
Brother – Eugene and Evelyn Frey of Marion
Brother – Herman and Norma Frey of Creal Springs

Preceded by his Parents, Son – Jason Frey, Brothers – Lester Throgmorton, Harry Throgmorton, Henry Frey and Sister – Ruth Chase.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Chris Cutsinger officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Military rites will be presented by members of the Marion VFW Post #1301, American Legion Post #147 and National Guard Detail Unit. Visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Wednesday at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.

    Phyllis, I know what you are going thru. Kenneth is in Gods house now, and free of all ills.
