Harvey C. Smothers
Johnston City � Harvey C. Smothers, 69, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 6:49 P.M. in Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
Harvey was born March 15, 1935 to Charles and Laura (Greenwalt) Smothers in Marion. He married Becky Smothers in St. Louis and she preceded him in death.
Harvey was of the Protestant faith.
Harvey is survived by:
Step-son and wife � Stanley & Sandra of Marion
Three Daughters � Janet, Judy and Brenda
Sister � Lucille Sabatino of Marion
Nieces and Nephews
Preceded by � Parents, Wife � Becky, Brothers � Albert, Gilbert and Ralph Smothers and Sisters � Florence Leist and Lacine McGuire.
Graveside services will be Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. in Maplewood Cemetery in Marion with Rev. Donald Travelstead officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:30 until the time of service at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
