Buddy Sullins

Marion- Madison Monroe (Buddy) Sullins, 68, of Marion, died at 2:40 AM, Tuesday, November 12, 2002 at Herrin Hospital.

Mr. Sullins was born on November 3, 1934 in Marion to Cecil Charles & Ethel M. (Gunter) Sullins.

Buddy worked as a painter and formerly was a clerk at ABC Liquors in Marion.

In his spare time, Buddy, enjoyed gardening and playing country music on his guitar. He was of Protestant faith.

Eloise Sullins- Marion

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Marquita Sullins, grandmother; Minerva L. Gunter, & grandfather, Addison Gunter.

A Private family graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 14, 2002 at Marion City Cemetery. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous and will be accepted at the funeral home.
