Brenda Joyce Loyd
Herrin- Brenda Joyce Loyd, 67, of Herrin, passed away at 8:25 p.m., Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Herrin Hospital.
Brenda was born on December 8, 1942 in Herrin to William Guy & Ruth (Stanley) Quillman. Her mother remarried Thomas Frattini, who Brenda always considered as her father, after William Guy�s untimely death.
Brenda was a member of the Herrin VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include-
Daughter- Elizabeth �Liz� Isbell and husband Hank of Herrin
Son- Jair Loyd and wife Amy of Herrin
Son- Jimmie Loyd and wife Michele of Herrin
Six Grandchildren:
Jeremiah Reagan and companion Rachelle Bailey of Herrin
Caycee Isbell of Herrin
Jairamy Loyd & companion Jessica Shands of Herrin
Jacob Loyd of Herrin
Joshua Loyd of Herrin
Jessica Loyd of Herrin

Sister- Margaret Duncan and husband Jim of Benton
Sister- Valda Kaskie of Mt. Vernon

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother- William Billy Quillman and former husband Jimmie Loyd.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 18, 2010 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Rob Chitwood will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9:00 p.m., Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
