John Wayne (Rod) Allen, Jr.
Marion � John Wayne �Rod� Allen, Jr., 23, of Guyton, Georgia, formerly of Marion, died Wednesday, December 20, 2006 as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Rod was born September 8, 1983 to John Wayne & Rhonda (Tooley) Allen, Sr. in Marion.
Rod was a graduate of Marion High School. He moved to the Savannah area six years ago were he was an Officer with the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department and a volunteer firemen.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow in Rowan Cemetery in Makanda. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 � 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
