Clara M. Cannon
Marion � Clara M. Cannon, 81, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 8:10 P.M. at Fountains Nursing Care Facility.
Clara was born February 1, 1925 in Williamson County to Alta & Alma (McDonald) Eckols. She married Joseph Cannon on August 12, 1946 in Marion and this year they would have celebrated 60 years of marriage.
Clara was a homemaker and thru the years had worked at the V.A. Hospital. She was a member of 3rd Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 14, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Dr. Jerry Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 � 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
For those who prefer memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes will be available at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.
