Harriet Archambeau
Marion - Harriet B. Archambeau, 88, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2006 at 7:25 P.M. at her son�s home.
Harriet was born October 26, 1917 in St. Louis, Missouri to Richard and Ruth (Boyce) Meyer. She married Wilford U. Archambeau in Chicago, Illinois and he preceded her in death in 1985.
Harriet was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Marion. She attended Addus Adult Day Care, and Wit�n Wisdom Senior Center. She had worked as the head waitress for Saranecki Bros. Catering.
Survivors include;
Two Sons;
Tom Archambeau and wife Donna of Oakwood Hills, Illinois
Richard Archambeau and wife Laura of Marion
Eight Grandchildren including
Kari Sanders of West Frankfort
Richard Archambeau of Murphysboro
Many Great Grandchildren including
Sarah and Nate Sanders of West Frankfort
Two Brothers;
Richard Meyer of Oregon
Bobby Githens of Florida
Preceded by: Parents, Husband, Two Sisters
Funeral services will be Monday, May 01, 2006 at 6:30 P.M. at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Marion with Rev. William Schmidt officiating. A short visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plains, Illinois. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
