Timothy Wayne Moffatt

Timothy Wayne Moffatt, age 49, of Herrin, passed away at 9:37am on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at his home in Herrin. Timothy was born in Joliet on July 29, 1968, the son of Charles W. and Beverly (Swanson) Moffatt. He married Kathy Upchurch in Royalton on September 7, 2001. Timothy had worked as a local truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a longtime member of the Lick Creek Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his wife- Kathy Moffatt Mother- Beverly Moffatt Father- Charles Moffatt Son- Ryan Timothy and Karen Moffatt Daughter- Melissa Elaine Moffatt Son- Justin Moffatt Step-Son- Gary Bartlow Step-Son- Josh Bartlow Six grandchildren: Jonathon Trammel Joshua Bartlow Jamison Bartlow Mason Bartlow Laniey Bartlow Aubrey Moffatt Brother- Greg Moffatt Sister- Julie and Brad Ellison Brother- Danny Moffatt Several Nieces and Nephews He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Lick Creek Pentecostal Church with Brother Cecil Sullivan officiating.
