He is survived by two children, Michael Ray Putzek (Marteena) and Renate L Putzek (Steven Clover); grandchildren, Brittany Hogan (Dustin), Christopher Fitzpatrick (Victoria Robinson), Kristen Mossbach (Tim), Jaden Fitzpatrick, Ezri Putzek, McKenna Putzek and Cade Putzek; and his Great Grandchildren, Amilia Fitzpatrick, Kursten Robinson, Lane Mossbach, Olivia Hogan and Brantley Hogan.

He is preceded in death by parents, wife Shirley, six siblings, Paul Putzek, Jack Putzek, Raymond Putzek, Herbert Putzek, Faye Boyles, and LoVenda Putzek.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 27th  from 2 - 4 pm at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11 am at Marion First Baptist Church with Dr. Bob Dickerson officiating. Guestbook

I had the honor and privilege of working with Lloyd at Kerr McGee Coal. He was my boss and became my buddy. We kept in touch through the years after Kerr McGee was sold and l can say he was one of the finest, kindest and smartest men I've ever known. I'll miss him more than words can say. Rest in peace, my friend.

I am sorrowed to hear of Lloyds passing. I am happy he is reunited with Shirley. I hired him at the Galatia Mine and was privileged to work with him for 10 years. He was a true professional and made the Galatia Mine Training Department a national leader.

Our thoughts and prayers to the Putzek family. I worked with Lloyd at Galatia Mine and so appreciated his humor and his straightforwardness. Lloyd was a kind person and a pleasure to work with. He will be missed.

It was my great privilege to be part of Mr. Putzek's VA medical team these past 11 years. So happy that he is with his Lord and reunited with his wife. There is an empty place in this world though. Prayers for comfort and peace to the family he loved so much.
