Judy Krasselt

Judy Krasselt, age 68, of Marion, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Judy was born May 31, 1956 in Marion, Illinois, a daughter of Morris and Laura (McDaniels) Groves. She married the love of her life, Roy J. Krasselt, Sr., who preceded her in death. Judy had worked as an caregiver to the elderly. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed.

She is survived by four children, Roy J. (Kerri) Krasselt Jr., Teresa Marie (William Scott) Whitlock, Elton John (Amie) Krasselt, and Brandon (Heather) Krasselt; her thirteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren; four brothers; and three sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband- Roy J. Krasselt Sr.; her mother- Laura (McDaniels) Groves; her father- Morris Groves Sr., her adoptive mother- Ethel Belford; her infant granddaughters- Hope and Faith Whitlock, and four siblings.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 20th, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 20, 2024, 12:00 PM at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Freedom Cemetery in Marion.
