Emale E. Albright

Energy- Emale Albright, age 70, of Energy, passed away at 12:50pm on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Helia Healthcare of Benton. Emale was born on November 8, 1946 in Louisiana, Missouri, the daughter of Walter Lee and Esther Bernice (Couch) McCarty. She married Jerry Albright. He preceded her in death in 1986. Mrs. Albright was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law- Dana and Andrew Calcaterra of Herrin Son and daughter-in-law- Dean and Rachel Albright of Energy Son and daughter-in-law- Brian and Jamie Albright of Goreville Eight Grandchildren- Andrew Albright of Energy Montanna Albright of Goreville Summar Albright of Goreville Landon Albright of Goreville Morgen Calcaterra of Herrin Ryley Calcaterra of Herrin Kaeden Albright of Goreville Reice Mae Albright of Goreville Brother- Danny Edwards of Tennessee Several Nieces and Nephews Emale was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son- Jacob Albright, and two sisters- Shirley Meyers and Pat McCarty. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Brother Cecil Sullivan officiating.  Burial will follow at Egyptian Memorial Gardens in Energy.  Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available and accepted at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home; 201 S. 13th Street; Herrin, IL 62948.
