Dustin Charles Rhodes

Dustin Charles Rhodes, age 30, of Marion, Illinois, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, Illinois.

Dustin was born February 20, 1992 in Carbondale, Illinois, a son of John Rhodes and Belinda Tolbert.

He is survived by his father- John Rhodes, mother- Belinda Tolbert, sister- Tiffany (Kenny) Roman and brother- John A. Rhodes; several nieces and nephews- Tyler, Makayla, Paige, Justina, Emarosa and Braiden.

The family will hold private memorial services to celebrate Dustin's life at a later date. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin is assisting the family with final arrangements.

Dustin proudly gave in death as he did in life. Dustin's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. This selfless act will ensure his legacy lives on in the recipients of these true gifts.
