Doris Jean Dodig-Langan

Doris Jean Dodig-Langan, age 93, of Marion, passed away at 7:15pm on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Herrin Hospital.

Doris was born in Marion on January 31, 1927, the daughter of Leon and Ethel (Roberts) Jeter. She married Lloyd Dean Dodig on May 27, 1955 in Marion. He preceded her in death on March 23, 1990. She later married John Langan in Marion in 2001. He survives in Marion.

Survivors include her husband- John Langan of Marion

Daughter- Rebecca Parks of Marion

Grandson- Casey Haynes of Marion

Great Granddaughter- Jaelyn Haynes of Marion

Sister-in-law- Helen Ramsey of Pittsburg

Cousins- Rosemary Franklin

     James Roberts

     Jhan Roberts

Several Precious Nieces and Nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband- Lloyd Dean, and cousin- John Roberts.

DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND BY THE SIGNING OF EXECUTIVE ORDER BY GOVERNOR J.B. PRITZKER, a private graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion.
