Donald Monroe Byrley, 57, of Marion, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 12:45 pm at Herrin Hospital.
Donnie was born the son of Charlie Byrley and Marie (Watson) Mofield on April 1, 1959.
He worked for Davis Tree Trimming. An avid outdoorsman Donnie loved hiking, fishing, and camping with his children and grandchildren. Donnie valued family, friends, and life's experiences above all else.
Survivors include his;
Daughter – Donnetta Byrley of Marion
Daughter – Dawn Hoff of Hillsboro, Illinois
Four grandchildren;
Eli Cain of Marion
Zander Cain of Marion
Cody Cain of Marion
Joshua Hoff of Springfield, Illinois
Mother – Marie Mofield of Marion
Preceded by his Father – Charlie Byrley and brother – Michael Byrley.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1 pm at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
