Bush- Sondra E. (Thompson) Russell, age 66, of Bush, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018.
Sondra was born in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Clarence E. and Irma I. (Holland) Thompson. She was a homemaker and was proud to share her life with her prince and the love of her life- Terry Messer. He preceded her in death.

She was preceded in death by her parents, the love of her life- Terry Messer, infant brother- Joey Thompson, brother-in-law- Square “Wink” Crowley, and brother-in-law- Larry G. Nance.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. James Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow at Blairsville Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
