Mrs. CC taught school when my husband and I attended CCHS. Then we where blessed to have her teach our two sons, Drew and Justin, as well. She was always happy, cheerful, sweet, kind and thoughtful! Rare qualities to find in one person. She will be sadly missed. Prayers go out to all of her family and friends.

Mrs. Arview was one of my favorite teachers in school. She had an amazing gift of knowing what each student needed to grow & develop. But most of all she cared, and you felt it! She was so much fun as the junior class advisor working the concession stands. I will never forget her. My thoughts go out to her family. May you find peace in your love & memories!

I am so sorry for your loss. May “the God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort and soothe your heart. His promises, found in the Holy Scriptures, can offer much hope. It assures us at John 5:28,29 that our loved ones will be remembered and brought back to life in the resurrection. Please allow God’s Word to strengthen you and help you to endure this most difficult time.

She was one of those teachers who’s lessons transcended the material covered in a textbook.

I had Ms. Turner all 4 years of high school at Christopher and always looked forward to her classes. I learned SO much about art but also about working with others from her. I have always carried the skills I took from her and her classes with me through my life and now with kids in my classes. She was very inspirational and will truly be missed. God has gained an angel to help paint the rainbows and the sunsets.

    To the family of Claris,
Please accept our condolences on the passing of your loved one.
I haven’t seen CC in so many years, but I have never forgotten her or the safe haven she gave to me during my years in high school. She made a hostile environment feel just a little bit safer and I have never forgotten her words or advise she rendered during this time. She was a good friend to me.
Hold your precious memories close at heart and let them comfort you during this most hearbreaking time.
    Blessed be…
