Evangielyn Marie “Eva” Mandrell, 48, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at her home.
Eva was born August 17, 1971 in Chula Vista, California the daughter of Aquilino and Adela (Lorenzo) Tingco. She married Errol “Kip” Mandrell on July 1, 2011 in Port Orchard, Washington.
Eva proudly served her country in the United States Navy. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Daughter – Danielle Tingco of Silverdale, Washington
Daughter – Alexa Maxwell of Marion
Granddaughter – Emery Norwil
Parents – Aquilino and Adela Tingco of Silverdale, Washington

Leilani Tingco of Youngtown, Arizona
Suzette Workman of Taylorsville, Mississippi
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
