The Lord was number one in Terry’s life, followed closely by his precious family. A great man and wonderful friend. We had some great times together. Oh, how he loved to talk…and I loved to listen to his stories. Although it had been a while since seeing one another, he reached out on Messenger recently and we got a chance to catch up. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

The Lord was first in Terry’s life, followed closely by his precious family. He loved them to the moon and back. What a great friend he was. Terry was a talker…and I loved listening to his stories. Although it had been some time since we talked, he reached out on Messenger a short time ago so we had a chance to catch up. I still can’t believe he’s gone, but at least he’s no longer suffering. My condolences to his family. Terry will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Terry was the youngest of our little group when we were kids. We could get him to do anything for fun. And he did. He was a funny kid and always up for fun.

I feel like this obituary doesn’t do my Dad’s life justice. It’s hard to think of things in the moment so I’ll add to it now. He loved to fish and he loved to camp. He loved to shop til he dropped. He was my shopping buddy for many years. We’d get home from shopping and argue over who was the cause of us shopping til we dropped. I insisted it was him, but he always insisted it was me. He was a momma’s boy and he loved his sisters. His family was everything to him. When he had his first grandbaby(Ethan), he was head over heels in love. And then when his second grandbaby came(Ava) on his birthday, you would have thought he won the lottery!! He was soooo proud. He was equally as excited about his 3rd grandbaby(Tripp). Tripp came a little early so he ended up in the NICU for 10 days. We prayed hard for baby Tripp to get better, and when he hit his terrible two’s, Papa Terry said maybe we prayed a little too hard for his spunk! My dad was a funny guy. He was always the life of the party! We had many pool parties at his house in Zeigler, and so many times I remember the family laughing til we cried at those parties. Like the time he swore he could flip himself up on his diving board from underneath and ended up with his body on the board, but his head stuck under water. So many good times I’ll never forget. We mentioned his 5 grandkids, but there are more. He loved Owen Capogreco, Karson Colp, and Kiegan Manzo just like his own. His grandkids were his most prized possession. The last several years may not have been the easiest for us as a family, but my love for him has never wavered. I will always remember the good times, and I will miss his dearly.
