Bettie L. Hill, 82, of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, October 01, 2013 at 9:45 a.m. at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

Bettie was born April 15, 1931 in Vienna the daughter of Otis and Mary (Johnson) Graves. He married Paul E. Hill in Florida and he preceded her in death in 1993.

Bettie attended Providence Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Carrier Mills and she had worked at Emmerson Musical Company in Elkhart, Indiana.

Survivors include;
Two Half Brothers;
Carl Bost of Elkhart, Indiana
Ed Bost of San Luis Obispo, California
Half Sister – Nellie Slabuagh of Elkhart, Indiana
Several nieces and nephews

Proceded in death by her Parents, Husband – Paul E. Hill, Sister – Mary Walker, Two Half Sisters – Mildred Sanders, Opal Skelton and Three Half Brothers – Doris Bost, Paul Bost and Franklin Bost.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Coal Bank Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the cemetery. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
